Cancellations & Refunds

At Mini Jewels Mayuri Imitation & Impression, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's everything you need to know about our cancellation and refund process.

1. Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch:
  You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  To cancel, email us at minijewelsvns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• After Dispatch:
  Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can still initiate a return once you receive the item, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Refunds

• Refund Methods:
  Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

• Processing Time:
  Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once approved.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Shipping charges (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

3. Failed Transactions or Payment Issues

In case of any failed payment or duplicate deduction, the amount will be auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact us with payment proof and transaction ID for assistance.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
