1. Shipping Timeline

Processing Time: 1–3 working days
Delivery Time: 5–7 working days (within India)
Express Delivery: Available at additional cost and based on location

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999
A nominal fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or remote pin codes

3. Tracking Orders

You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted national couriers to ensure timely delivery.

5. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or missing from your order.
To qualify for a return or refund:

You must share a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Orders of ₹499 and below are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be processed only after verification of the provided video and product condition.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of design, color variation due to lighting, or minor imperfections, as each piece is handcrafted.
